Flexible scheduling: your staff can use the services right away, or decide to use them up to six months in the future—unlike with some traditional outplacement firms, where your staff has a “cut-off” after only 1-3 months.

Please note, in large layoffs of 5 or more staff, I may enlist the support of subcontractors, but I select from a very specific list of highly experienced career coaches with in-depth nonprofit sector expertise, and only after detailed discussions with the client organization.
